Hi, I’m Stella, a professional psychotherapist and counsellor based in Singapore. I am committed to providing high-quality, professional, and inclusive therapy for all. Using evidence-based modalities like CBT, CTRT and ACT, I utilize an integrative toolkit to support you on your journey towards better mental health.
